Ladies! It’s that time of year again. Cozy clothes, crisp air, warmth, and of course the most delicious comfort foods! Today I’m sharing my homemade Gluten Free Pumpkin Bars with homemade cream cheese frosting! It’s quick, easy and everyone with love them!


Gluten Free Pumpkin Bars

1 C. Oil (I use almond oil)

2 C. Libby’s pumpkin

2 C. Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix

2 C. Sugar OR 1 C. Sugar 1 C. Brown Sugar

4 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Soda

2 tsp Cinnamon


Mix together all ingredients except flour. Mix well before adding flour.

Spray and Pour into an 11 X 17 baking sheet

Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.

Let cool for 30 min before adding frosting.


Cream Cheese Frosting

4 C. powdered sugar

1/2 cub salted butter

1 8oz box cream cheese

1 tsp Vanilla

2 tbsp milk

Mix all ingredients together (if too thick add more milk (small amounts))

Pamela’s Baking & Pancake mix can be found at most health food stores, also Fred Myers and On Amazon. Don’t be fooled by such a small bag! It goes a long way.

BONUS! 

Ever been curious of how to make delicious Fall smells in your house without artificial scents that are to strong? I will be giving you the recipe for a stove top fall scent! 

 

Get a small pot and add: 

1 small pinecone

1 small pine needle branch

1 bay leaf

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla extract  

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 tbsp whole clove

2 round slices of apple

1 round slice of a small orange

 

Boil for 3 minutes and put on low.

This will last all day up to 4 or 5 days.

Just remember to add water and watch it throughout each day. (Or you might need a new pot)
